You could multitable now I guess, but you still couldn't choose a specific table since you will be assigned randomly - which is of course defeats all purpose of grinding for anything there. The cash tables wasn't always good, but their tournament schedule was really up to my standards (especially for a small/medium sized room) so I played here since 2007 up until they got out of Microgaming.
